jllevo Privacy Policy
At jllevo, protecting your personal data is not just a legal obligation — it is a fundamental commitment. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect when you use our platform, how we use and store it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have over your own data. We encourage every player to read this document carefully before creating an account.
Privacy at a Glance
Our Core Privacy Commitments
These cards summarise jllevo's most important data protection practices. Full details for each commitment are provided in the corresponding sections below.

No Data Selling
jllevo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver and improve the services you have signed up for.
Player Control
You have the right to access, correct, export, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting jllevo support. We aim to honour all valid data requests within 30 days of receipt.

jllevo uses cookies and similar technologies only to maintain session security, analyse platform performance, and personalise your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings.
Limited Third-Party Access
Where jllevo engages third-party service providers (such as payment processors like bKash and Nagad, or identity verification partners), those providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by jllevo.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights or freedoms, jllevo will notify affected players promptly and take all reasonable steps to contain and remediate the incident without undue delay.
Section 1
Data We Collect
When you interact with the jllevo platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or contacting our support team — we collect certain categories of personal data. This section explains in full what data we collect and the circumstances under which each category is gathered.
Identity and Contact Data
During the account registration process, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and residential address. This information is required to create and maintain your player account, to verify your identity in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, and to communicate with you about your account, transactions, and any changes to our services or policies.
Financial Data
When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, we collect data associated with your chosen payment method. For mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, this includes the registered mobile number linked to your wallet. For card payments via Visa or Mastercard, we collect the card number (masked after processing), expiry date, and billing name. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors who operate under strict data security standards.
Identity Verification Documents
As part of our KYC verification process, we may request copies of government-issued identity documents such as your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. We may also request proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. These documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. They are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Technical and Usage Data
When you access jllevo from any device, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, time zone setting, and the pages or features you access within the platform. We also collect data about your gaming activity, including games played, bets placed, session duration, and transaction history. This data helps us maintain platform security, detect fraudulent activity, and improve our services.
Communications Data
If you contact our support team by email, live chat or any other channel, we retain a record of that correspondence including the content of your messages, the date and time of contact, and the outcome of any support interaction. This information is used to resolve disputes, improve customer service quality, and maintain a clear record of our interactions with you.

Section 2
How We Use Your Data
jllevo processes your personal data only for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not use your data in ways that are incompatible with the purposes for which it was originally collected. The following sets out the primary purposes for which we use each category of data and the legal basis on which we rely for that processing.
Account Management and Service Delivery
We use your identity, contact, and financial data to create and maintain your player account, to process deposits and withdrawals, to credit bonuses, to settle bets, and to deliver all other core services offered on the jllevo platform. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you as a registered player.
Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention
We use your identity, document, and technical data to verify that you are who you claim to be, to confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements (including the minimum age of 18), and to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other forms of financial crime. This processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations and to protect the legitimate interests of jllevo and its honest player community.
Customer Support
We use your identity, contact, and communications data to respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and provide assistance with your account. Without this processing, we would not be able to deliver effective customer support. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
Platform Improvement and Analytics
We use aggregated and anonymised technical and usage data to understand how players interact with the jllevo platform, to identify areas for improvement, and to develop new features and game offerings. Where this processing involves data that can be attributed to an individual, we rely on our legitimate interests in improving our services as the legal basis.
Marketing Communications
With your consent, we may use your contact data to send you promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages about new games, bonus offers, seasonal promotions such as Eid or BPL campaigns, and other jllevo news. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Responsible Gaming
We use your gaming activity and usage data to monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour and to apply any deposit limits, time-out periods, or self-exclusion measures that you or our responsible gaming team have requested. This processing is carried out in your vital interests and in compliance with our responsible gaming obligations.
Section 3
Data Sharing & Disclosure
jllevo does not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the limited circumstances described below, and always subject to appropriate contractual safeguards or legal requirements.
Payment Service Providers
To process your deposits and withdrawals, we share the minimum necessary financial data with our approved payment partners, including mobile financial service operators such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as card networks operating under Visa and Mastercard. These providers process your data solely to facilitate the specific transaction you have authorised and are bound by their own data protection obligations.
Identity Verification Partners
Where we engage specialist third-party KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) service providers to assist with identity verification, we share the relevant identity and document data with those providers. They are contractually bound to use your data only for the specific verification purpose commissioned by jllevo and to delete or return the data once that purpose has been fulfilled.
Game Software Providers
jllevo's game lobby is powered by leading third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers may receive certain anonymised or pseudonymised session data (such as a session token and stake amount) to deliver game content and settle game rounds. They do not receive your full name, address, or payment details unless you contact them directly.
Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, courts, or other public authorities where we are legally required to do so, or where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to prevent a crime, protect public safety, or enforce our Terms & Conditions. We will notify you of any such disclosure request where we are legally permitted to do so.
Business Transfers
In the event that jllevo undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of its assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. In such circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the acquiring entity honours the commitments made in this Privacy Policy, and we will notify affected players before any such transfer takes effect.
Section 4
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
jllevo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform securely, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the platform is being used. This section explains what types of cookies we use, what they do, and how you can control them.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences across sessions, and to provide website operators with analytical information about usage patterns. Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the data they themselves contain.
Types of Cookies We Use
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Maintain your login session, prevent CSRF attacks, load-balance traffic across servers | Session |
| Functional | Remember your language, display, and notification preferences | Up to 12 months |
| Analytical | Collect anonymised data on page views, session duration, and feature usage to improve the platform | Up to 24 months |
| Security | Detect and flag suspicious login attempts, bot traffic, and fraudulent activity | Session to 30 days |
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, or to receive a notification before a cookie is placed. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in to your jllevo account or using certain platform features. Analytical and functional cookies can be disabled without affecting your ability to play.
Instructions for managing cookies in commonly used browsers are available in those browsers' help documentation. jllevo does not operate a separate cookie consent banner — by continuing to use the platform after reading this Policy, you acknowledge our cookie practices as described above.
Section 5
Data Retention & Storage
jllevo retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The specific retention periods we apply to different categories of data are set out below.
- Account and identity data is retained for the duration of your active player account plus a minimum of five years after account closure. This is required to satisfy our anti-money-laundering (AML) record-keeping obligations.
- Financial transaction records including deposit and withdrawal histories are retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
- KYC and identity verification documents are retained for five years from the date of verification or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.
- Customer support communications are retained for three years from the date of the last interaction in a given support thread, unless the matter relates to an ongoing dispute, in which case records are kept until the dispute is fully resolved.
- Technical and usage data collected for platform analytics purposes is retained for up to 24 months in identifiable form before being aggregated and anonymised for longer-term trend analysis.
- Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your consent plus three years after withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate that we operated lawfully during the consent period.
When the applicable retention period expires, jllevo will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant data. Where deletion is not technically feasible in the short term (for example, in respect of data held in encrypted backup archives), we will isolate that data from active processing and ensure it is deleted as soon as reasonably practicable during the next scheduled backup rotation cycle.
Section 6
Your Privacy Rights
As a jllevo player, you have a number of rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. We are committed to honouring these rights promptly and transparently. To exercise any of the rights described below, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days.
Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data jllevo holds about you and to receive information about how that data is being used. This is sometimes called a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will provide this information free of charge in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct it. You can update certain information (such as your email address and mobile number) directly through your account settings. For changes to your legal name or date of birth, you will need to contact support and provide supporting documentation.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing. Please note that this right is subject to our legal data retention obligations: we cannot delete financial transaction records or KYC documents before the mandatory retention periods described in Section 5 have elapsed.
Right to Restriction and Objection
You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while a dispute about data accuracy is being resolved. You also have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, including the use of your data for analytical or marketing purposes. Where you object to marketing, we will stop that processing immediately.
Right to Data Portability
Where jllevo processes your data on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV) so that you can transfer it to another service provider of your choice.
Section 7
Data Security Measures
jllevo takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. The following describes the principal security controls we have in place.
Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser or mobile device and the jllevo platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the current industry standard for transport layer security. All data stored on our servers — including your account data, transaction records, and identity documents — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed separately from the encrypted data and are rotated on a regular schedule.
Access Controls
Access to personal data within jllevo's internal systems is strictly controlled on a need-to-know basis. Staff members are granted only the minimum level of data access necessary to perform their specific job functions. All internal access to production data is logged and subject to regular audit review. Administrative access to sensitive systems requires multi-factor authentication.
Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Management
jllevo conducts regular penetration testing of its platform and infrastructure using qualified independent security professionals. Any vulnerabilities identified are triaged, prioritised, and remediated in accordance with our defined risk management framework. We also operate a responsible disclosure programme — if you discover a potential security vulnerability in the jllevo platform, please report it to [email protected] rather than attempting to exploit it.
Employee Training
All jllevo staff who handle personal data receive mandatory data protection and information security training upon joining and at regular intervals thereafter. Our data protection policies and procedures are reviewed and updated annually or whenever there is a material change in the applicable legal or technical environment.
Incident Response
jllevo maintains a formal data breach response procedure. In the event of a confirmed breach that poses a material risk to player data, we will take immediate containment action, assess the scope and impact of the breach, notify affected players without undue delay, and report the incident to the relevant regulatory authorities where required by law. Our incident response team is available around the clock to respond to security events.
Section 8
Policy Updates & Contact
jllevo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or the services we offer. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and by posting a prominent notice on the jllevo platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.
The date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last reviewed and updated. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically to stay informed about how jllevo protects your personal data. Your continued use of the jllevo platform following any update to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Previous Versions
If you wish to review a previous version of this Privacy Policy, please contact our support team. We maintain an internal archive of all previous Policy versions and can provide them on request to any registered player.
