These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jllevo and form a legally binding agreement between you and jllevo. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service on this platform. 18+ Age Requirement
jllevo is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited per applicable law.
One Account per Player
Each player may hold exactly one jllevo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed on detection. Any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses at jllevo are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must complete the stated rollover before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Terms vary by promotion.
Fair Play Obligation
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated software, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. jllevo reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts and recover funds in cases of confirmed abuse.
BDT Transactions Only
All accounts at jllevo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. No third-party payments are accepted.
Terms May Be Updated
jllevo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jllevo ("jllevo", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://jllevo.com, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, content and services offered through that website (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing any part of the jllevo Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a wager or using any other service offered by jllevo, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with jllevo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.
jllevo reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where material changes are involved, in which case registered players will be notified by email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jllevo Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jllevo operates an absolute minimum age requirement of 18. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of jllevo or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
- You have not been self-excluded from jllevo or any other gambling platform in a jurisdiction that is recognised by jllevo's responsible gaming systems.
- You are of sound mind and are not acting under any form of duress, incapacity or legal restriction that would invalidate your agreement to these Terms.
Age Verification
jllevo takes its age verification obligations extremely seriously. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your age at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to at the time of account registration, before your first withdrawal, or at random intervals as part of our ongoing compliance checks. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.
Until age verification is completed to jllevo's satisfaction, withdrawal of funds from your account may be suspended. Where jllevo has reasonable cause to believe that an account is held by or being accessed by a person under the age of 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending investigation and may be closed permanently. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method; any winnings generated prior to the closure of an underage account are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services on jllevo, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the jllevo Login page. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify jllevo promptly of any changes.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one jllevo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where jllevo identifies duplicate accounts, all but one account will be closed. Bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts may be forfeited and any associated winnings voided. In cases of deliberate fraud, jllevo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold all balances pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jllevo username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jllevo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jllevo support immediately so that your account can be suspended and a security review conducted.
jllevo offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. We strongly encourage all players to enable 2FA as an additional layer of account protection. Enabling 2FA does not reduce jllevo's security obligations under these Terms, but it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, jllevo conducts KYC verification for all player accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC documents may include government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with jllevo's Privacy Policy.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on jllevo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jllevo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. jllevo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jllevo wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours depending on the originating bank's processing times.
- jllevo does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jllevo accepts no responsibility.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential account suspension.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per month are set by account tier and are communicated in your account dashboard.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible. jllevo reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative verified method where necessary.
- Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may experience delays of up to five business days.
- jllevo does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited withdrawal options, where available, may carry a processing fee disclosed at the time of the request.
- jllevo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged. During any such review the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the investigation.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jllevo will attempt to notify the account holder by email before any dormancy-related administrative fee is applied. After 24 consecutive months of inactivity, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from the dormant account balance. jllevo will always endeavour to return the remaining balance to the account holder upon request, subject to successful identity verification.

Bonus & Promotion Policy
jllevo offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both the specific promotion terms and these general bonus rules.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a jllevo account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to claim a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000, plus 100 free spins on eligible slot titles. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. The bonus is credited to your jllevo account within 24 hours of a qualifying deposit being confirmed.
Wagering Requirements
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough") that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real cash.
- Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stipulated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, virtual sports, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion's terms.
- jllevo reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings where it determines that a player has exploited bonus structures in bad faith, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- jllevo reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in progress.
- Players who are found to have provided false information during registration are not entitled to retain any bonus or winnings and may have their accounts closed permanently.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the jllevo Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful online gaming and sports betting. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jllevo and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, spider or other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void and will not be paid out.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
- Attempting to launder money or otherwise using jllevo for any financial crime including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the financing of illegal activities.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jllevo's support team.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, or using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true location for this purpose.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing jllevo staff, other players, or any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Platform's software, technology or security systems.
jllevo employs real-time monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jllevo reserves the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, close the account permanently, and pursue civil and criminal remedies where the conduct constitutes an offence under applicable law. jllevo's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final in all cases.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the jllevo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of jllevo or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The jllevo name, logo and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of jllevo.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any content on the Platform; use data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform without jllevo's prior written consent; or use jllevo's trade marks or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.
All game content provided through the jllevo Platform by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. jllevo acts as a distributor of such content and does not claim ownership over it.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
The jllevo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jllevo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials or products included on the Platform.
jllevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed and even if jllevo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Interruptions
jllevo makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, jllevo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond jllevo's reasonable control. Where a service interruption occurs during an active game round, jllevo's settlement policy for incomplete rounds will apply as documented in the relevant game rules.
Accuracy of Information
While jllevo endeavours to ensure that all information on the Platform is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information provided. Sports betting odds, game RTP figures and promotional details are subject to change without notice. Players are responsible for verifying the current terms of any offer before participating.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the jllevo Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
